Though the polls are too close to call in the keys states … I’ve already read some exit-poll leaks, online, that suggest Bush has won this election. Yeah!
Either way, I feel like crap and am going to get to bed ASAP. Maybe it’s the election day stress, or a funky flu bug … but either way, I don’t feel good. /sigh/ … I’ve also got a long drive for a scheduled meeting, tomorrow morning. So, either way, bed sounds better and better!

Hello, everybody! I already voted today, before work, and now want to play along with the experts. Since I’m going to be at work all night, and we have the news channels up on the TV, here at the NOC, I’ll be able to follow the election coverage blow-by-blow.
I went to WashingPost.com and printed up one of their nicely formatted “score sheets” and have then filled it in based on the results published at RealClearPolitics.com … and have made my guesses for those states that are especially close or up for grabs. Are you ready?
… drum roll please …
I have Bush winning 310 to 228!
How? Well, I am betting the he gets Florida, Michigan, and Ohio … and that’s more then enough. What am I basing this on? Nothing at all! Just pulled it out of my … ear. But, since this post is timestamped, I want to get my predictions posted well before the results come in. This will give me bragging rights, later.
Stay tuned, I’ll be posting at least once or twice more today.
